I am an avid student of Vedanta philosophy and a RYS 200 certified Himalayan Kriya Yoga instructor, RYS 200 certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor both certified with Yoga Alliance. Also I am a 200 hour certified Sivananda Hatha Yoga Siromani Teacher of Yoga.

I started my journey of visiting high energy spaces over 20 years ago visiting places like Ayutthaya in Thailand, Pyramids in Egypt, Mt. Kailash in Tibet, Mt. Shasta in USA, Stonehedge & Avesbusy in UK, Mt. Arunachala in India to name just a few. In addition, I have visited the sacred Himalayas in five different journeys each time visiting different parts yet finding a sacredness that permeated each and every part of me. Notable places included meditating in sacred caves like Sri Maha Avatar Babaji’s cave, Rishi Vashishtha Cave, and “Jesus” cave. In addition, I have visited many sacred places in South India where I spent over 6 months combined in a sacred space called Kevala Foundation furthering my knowledge and inner journey under the guidance of Guruji, Dr. Pradeep Ullal, Spiritual Head and Founder of Kevala Foundation and Shiva Yogi.

In addition, I studied multiple Reiki courses, Neuro Linguistic Programming courses, and have 5 years experience teaching gymnastics to children/ youth ages 3 to 15 years old. Also, I have over 20 years management experience in the USA and Internationally, 8 years combined corporate training experience and college lecturer experience in teaching overall Communication Skills. Holding a degree of Master of Arts in Speech Communication combined with corporate management experience and yoga certifications makes me an ideal teacher for busy individuals who are looking for another solution to balance themselves which in turn improves the balance in one’s life.

Yoga including meditation has improved my life in ALL aspects as I have learned to delve deeper within myself to find more confidence, joy, balance, abundance, health and peace. I have found a more creative and joyful life simply by finding time to connect back to my inner voice and awareness.
